Maranoor
The Maranoor sub-branch of the Nedumchira family traces its origin to the Late Abraham Maranoor, who was the fourth son of Late Uthup Nedumchira. Uthup was the youngest son of Thomman Thomman Nedumchira.
Abraham Maranoor married Naithy from the Panickaradathu family of Thazhathangady, and they had two sons and two daughters.
Abraham's family resided in a house called Maranoor, and their descendants became known as the Maranoor sub-branch of the Nedumchira family.
Sadly, Joseph, the eldest son of Abraham Maranoor, died at a young age.
N.A. Mathew, the second son of Abraham, never married.
Mary, the eldest daughter of Abraham, married Joseph of the Ithithara family in Kavalam. They had three sons and a daughter.
Moni, the youngest daughter of Abraham, married Late Uppai of the Edathara family in Nattassery.
